Pulmonary Hypertension Registry

Be an Important Part of the PAH Community

A registry is a long-term study about a disease and how it is treated. The REVEAL Registry™ collects information about pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and the patients who are being treated for it. It allows doctors to learn more about PAH and develop new potential treatments.

To be a part of this registry you must:

  • Talk to your doctor to find out if you fit the type of patient that the registry is looking for (based on your PAH diagnosis and results from certain medical tests that you have had in the past)

No visits are required. Information will be collected four times a year from your medical record for at least five years at the research facility, Temple Lung Center.
